地理位置好，方便，有厨房，有停车场。

无早餐。

地理位置不错，距离中心很紧，采购日常用品方便！

地段不错，设施还算可以

电视机太小了，我的同伴反映没有热水洗澡，可能是供热比较慢吧，还有就是价格不算经济

地段还算可以，离开火车站比较近，但是价格不算便宜，这件旅店都是去雪山的背包登山客，外国人居多，我一个人一间，还算可以，就是比较贵啦35胖子

价格不便宜，不过是威廉堡最便宜的了，没办法啦

The lady on reception was very friendly and helpfull. Excellent power shower which was unexpected.

After walking the West Highland Way we descovered that the Lodge was up a hill! Thankfully it wasn't at the top. Very centrally located.

The smell they use air fresheners and the decor could be better

It's actually a hostel, supposedly 3 star, but the double rooms should be rated as 2 star: the furniture, furnishings and decor are very dated and scruffy, our room (no. 26) should have been a single room, as the old, exhausted bed barely fitted in the room, with no space for a second night-stand, no convenient surfaces like a small desk; no black-out curtains - very uncomfortable for sleeping in a place where you only get a few hours' darkness; paper-thin walls let you hear every single noise, including very noisy bathroom fans; finally, very pricy for the standard offered: it should have been half the price, to be worthwhile (we paid £110 for the double room for two nights!!!): never again!!!

More basic than I had expected from information available. More of a hostel than hotel

Very clean room, and very good value for money.

Noisy location of room heard everyone returning & we were awoken at 5.45 by climbers congregating at entrance for an hour.

The location is fine.

Our room was damp & dirty, the carpet was filthy & the room neede a good clean & repaint. The furniture was old & tatty considering the motel had been opened for a couple of years according to the information on the website. I booked this hotel for it's location but having looked around Fort William there are more suitable hotels or B&B offering a higher standard for a similar price.
